These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of subslabdigital.com and the information on it. The site is operated by Diverging Digital L.L.C., a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Sub-Slab Digital ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About our services
Sub-Slab Digital provides Google Ads management and related marketing services to radon mitigation companies in the United States. The information on this site is a general description of those services. It is not an offer that can be accepted by clicking a button.
2. Client services are governed by a separate agreement
We provide services only to businesses that sign a written client services agreement with us. That agreement, including its order form, pricing, scope, and payment terms, controls the relationship. If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the client agreement controls.
3. No guarantee of results
Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, seasonality, ad platform policies, the client's website and sales process, and the client's speed in following up with leads. Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of a specific number of leads, calls, jobs, or amount of revenue.
4. Advertising accounts and platforms
Our services are delivered using third-party platforms such as Google Ads. Campaigns run in accounts the client owns, and the client remains responsible for its account, its ad spend paid to the platform, and compliance with each platform's terms. We are not responsible for platform decisions such as ad disapprovals, account suspensions, or changes to platform rules or pricing.
5. Using this site
You agree not to misuse the site. That includes trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it in an automated way without permission, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Sub-Slab Digital name, is owned by Diverging Digital L.L.C. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the site's public pages for your own business evaluation, but you may not copy, modify, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
